Sauced Up serves a variety of stuffed wings: mac and cheese, bacon cheddar (served on a bed of loaded mashed potatoes), and pulled pork. The process for stuffing them is not a complicated one, but time consuming. They cut each wing open at the top and make a pocket and they stuff them. After stuffing, they bake them off so they have less time in the fryer, because they found that when they are fried for too long, they can split. After much trial and error, they figured it out, and we WIN.
